    Devin is an incredible trainer. His thoughtful advice has helped me recover totally from a broken foot and now i run every Saturday. The best part about Devin's training is that he breaks the larger goal up into smaller, more achievable goals, these help me to see my progress in a realistic manner. He is always happy to give advice and encourage me even outside of the training sessions.

    When I started with Devin about 2 years ago I had a permanent limp, ongoing pain and couldn't walk a block. I can now easily walk 2 km and am almost pain free! Devin has also improved an old shoulder problem and hip pain along the way, and got me in shape for a Masters Water Polo tournament. Devin has always remained steady and has been a great support to help me achieve my fitness goals.

    Since joining the gym and training with Devin two years ago I have lost 15kg, become fitter & stronger, and my cholesterol and blood sugars have normalized. The change has been so great that people are asking what I did. With Devin’s help I work hard but don’t feel like I’m working.     I'm not the type of person who enjoys exercise for the sake of it; but I want to be fit so I can enjoy my tramping trips. Devin's been great at setting exercises that have incrementally increased my strength and fitness. Now when I'm off on epic tramping adventures I am really confident that I'm fit enough to get that mountain and feel good while doing it.
